South Ridge partners with America’s Grow-A-Row to provide fresh produce to those who don’t have access to it due to availability / affordability. Serving opportunities include planting, harvesting, & distributing produce in the spring, summer, and fall of each year at the free farm markets around New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Throughout the year, South Ridge volunteers assist to feed and fellowship with those who are homeless through a partnership with Family Promise of Hunterdon County. Volunteers are needed for multiple shifts that include dinner time, evening, & overnight. Serving roles include: meal prep, hosting, & encouraging. Contact Dave & Cathy Hoos for more info.
Helping Hands is a ministry of South Ridge. Helping Hands desires to connect those who can meet needs with those who have needs, such as single parents, the elderly, those without a family support system, or those going through a time of hardship and difficulty.
