To Register for 2011 Fall Retreat

Please read & follow the instructions below:

1. Print these instructions before continuing OR "right click" on link below to open in New Tab/New Window so that the instructions remain visible.
2. If you have already created a WebLink Account (2009 Leadership Conference "Tag You're it") you will need your "User ID" and "Password".
3. Once you have clicked on the link below you will need to "Login" or "Create Account".  Follow the prompts to do so.
4. After you have done this, select the name of the child you want to register and complete the information required.
5. When you have finished the form, click "Continue" to register additional family members).  At this point you have the option to either register another family member or submit the form.  If you  click "Select a Different Individual" you will lose all the information you just inputted so click "Continue" then go to step 6.
6. After you have registered all children, click "Submit".
7. Once you have successfully completed registration, the screen will display the name(s) of the individiuals registered and confirmation number(s) and you will be sent a conformation email. 
8. Please PRINT this email receipt and BRING it with you to the Conference.
