Applying for Admission

The following are required:

• A completed Application For Admission form.
• A $150.00 fee accompanying application.
• An interview with parents or guardian.
• A signed student behavior agreement.

We offer our Application for Admission in a portable document format, or PDF, in order to make it clear and well-formated. To view and print these files, you need a program such as Adobe Acrobat Reader, which most browsers already include. If you have trouble downloading the file, or if you would like to upgrade to the latest version of Acrobat Reader, you can obtain the software for free from Adobe's website.
